  • Guilford County Tax Department will post 2026 home values online Tuesday, Feb. 17 while mailing letters to homeowners showing new assessed figures that may raise tax bills due early 2027 + Tax Director Ben Chavis said values could jump 40 to 45 percent.  Rhino Times
