- ➤ Residents in New Irving Park oppose a rezoning request to allow eight townhomes at 1201 Pisgah Church Road, fearing safety issues and unwelcome neighborhood changes. The Greensboro City Council will consider the proposal today at 5:30 p.m. at the Melvin Municipal Office Building—councilman Zack Matheny voiced concerns about the project fitting in with the community.
