- ➤ City officials announced that the city’s YouTube channel will live stream the topping off ceremony for the Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex on Friday, June 5 at noon at 1601 E. - ➤ Dr. Kathleen Elliott of Novant Health said blood donations help treat patients with leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma by supplying red blood cells (which deliver oxygen), platelets (which help prevent bleeding) and plasma (which supports clotting); she stressed every donation counts since someone needs blood every two seconds.
