  • Greensboro Police said Spring Garden Street from Englewood to Milton was closed after a crash damaged a utility line—Duke Energy crews responded and the road was expected to reopen Saturday at 10 a.m.  WXII 12

  • Police are investigating a shooting that left one person with a life-threatening gunshot wound on the 1600 block of Phillips Avenue near North O.Henry Boulevard around 1 a.m. Monday—no suspect information was shared and it is unclear if anyone else was hurt.  WXII 12
