About this event
Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities, so it's never too late to start. Classes will be held in the Central Library Forsyth Reading Room or outside on the lawn depending on the weather. Call or email Tony McCloud for more information. A signed waiver is required for participation. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Central Library. All Forsyth County Public Library programs are free and open to the public.
