Senior Services is excited to partner with Legal Aid of North Carolina and Wake Forest University School of Law to offer older adults in Forsyth County the opportunity to complete their important legal documents.
If you need help completing or updating a living will, a health care power of attorney, a financial power of attorney, a will, or any combination of these documents, you may be eligible to receive assistance through an upcoming event being held at Senior Services, in the Intergenerational Center for Arts and Wellness.
Eligible individuals will work with a volunteer to prepare end of life planning documents. These documents will be prepared in advance and then signed on your pre-scheduled November 20, 2026, appointment .
Eligibility requirements:
• have limited income that falls below Legal Aid’s income guidelines
• priority is given to homeowners and seniors, age 60+
