The Ricky Proehl P.O.W.E.R. of Play Foundation is capturing the festive spirit early this summer by launching corporate sponsorship packages and ticket sales for the Santa’s Helpers Kick-Off Event. Presented by GIA Distillery, the cocktail-attire benefit will take place on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at GIA Restaurant, located at 1941 New Garden Rd, Suite 208, Greensboro, NC 27410.

While the main event takes place in November, the foundation is utilizing the summer "Christmas in July" window to build momentum and secure critical resource alignments with local business leaders. All proceeds from the campaign go directly toward purchasing winter holiday gifts, clothes, and essential items for less fortunate children and foster youth throughout the Triad region.

"The holiday season can bring anxiety for families facing hardship," said Morgan Malikowski, executive director of POWER of Play Foundation. "By establishing corporate alignments early, our partners act as vital building blocks to ensure every local child experiences the joy and magic of Christmas."

Available Sponsorship Levels & Ticket Tiers

The foundation has structured four distinct tiers for organizations and community members looking to back the initiative:

Parlor Room Sponsor ($6,000): Includes 30 event tickets, exclusive access to a private parlor room, specialty cocktails, heavy appetizers, a personal dedicated bartender, and entries into two room-exclusive drawings for high-end prizes.

Lounge Room Sponsor ($4,500): Includes 20 event tickets, private lounge room access, specialty cocktails, heavy appetizers, a personal bartender, private cigar pairings, and entries into two room-exclusive prize drawings.

Library Room Sponsor ($3,000): Includes 15 event tickets, private library room access, specialty cocktails, heavy appetizers, and a personal bartender.

General Public Ticket ($100 per ticket): Grants full access to the main event space, heavy appetizers, specialty cocktails, and two tickets for the general prize drawings.

The evening will feature live auctions, curated seasonal music, craft cocktail pairings, and specialized entertainment.
