Location: Kaleideum, 120 W 3rd Street

This event is INDOORS and will take place rain or shine . There will be no electricity available. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions.

Vendor Space & Setup Requirements

• Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' . All items—including tents, tables, chairs, signage, and displays—must fit within your assigned space.

• This is an indoors market !

• Vendors must be fully set up no later than 30 minutes before the event begins . For this event, vendors must be set up by 10:30 AM .

• Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. Leaving early may result in forfeiting participation with Made In Winston Events for the remainder of the calendar year.

Load-In Instructions

• Completely unload your vehicle before setting up your booth.

• After unloading, move your vehicle to vendor parking and then return to set up your space.

• Do not begin setting up tents or tables before unloading your vehicle.

Pack-Up Instructions

• Pack-up begins at 3:00 PM.

• Vendors who pack up early will be ineligible to vend at future Made In Winston events for one year.

• Break down your entire booth before retrieving your vehicle for load out

• Please complete pack-up within 45 minutes to 1 hour after the event ends.

Applications & Fees

• There is a $5 application fee

• The vendor fee is $50 per space for accepted applicants.

• Booth sharing is not permitted.

• Vendors must submit at least 3 clear, focused photos of their work on a plain background.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and processing sales tax as applicable for their business, as well as carrying event insurance, should you choose to.

• Please provide a 1–2 sentence description of your business for social media posts

Image Submission

Images submitted for jurying may be used for marketing. Upload images onto jotform form in the application.

Applications without images will not be considered.

Social Media Expectations

• Mark yourself as “Going” on the official Facebook event. (if you have a Facebook professional page or account)

• Share the official Facebook event listing and official social media posts across all social media as applicable.

• Vendors may create their own graphics to promote their participation.

• Provide your business social media handles on your vendor application (Facebook and/or Instagram).

Acceptance Process

Made in Winston events are juried markets . Not all applicants will be selected, and acceptance is not guaranteed for every event.

Vendor selection is based on:

• Event needs (i.e., Maintaining a balanced and engaging market)

• Category variety

• Application quality

If accepted:

• Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice. Failure to pay within this window will shift you to the waitlist.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable .

If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable attempt to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.

Communication Policy

• All event-related communication must be done via email.

• Texting is reserved for day-of emergencies only .

Insurance & Liability

• Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their tent, displays, or products, or damage caused to their tent, displays, or products.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and processing sales tax as applicable for their business, as well as carrying event insurance, should you choose to.

Cancellations

• There are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Written notice of cancellation is required to remain eligible for future events.

• Failure to notify results in a one-year automatic disqualification from vending at Made in Winston events.

• Made in Winston Events is not responsible for sales, sales tax, traffic, injuries, or weather.

• You are responsible for your booth, your products, and all individuals working with you.

• You authorize Made in Winston Events to use your product photos for marketing.

• You understand all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable .
